Archery Range – Located Across from Pavilions –
The Archery Range features 10 Big Shot Archery Iron Man 48-degree Range Target. An 8 Person shooting line with targets from 20 to 80 yards.
This range was a large expense for CSLC & we are proud to offer this range to our members. Please respect these rules and encourage others to do so in order to preserve our Archery Range.
- ABSOLUTELY NO BROADHEADS OR ANY HUNTING TIP ON RANGE. This includes practice broadhead tips. Due to continued damage to the targets from Broadhead use if found on your person or within your equipment on the range you may lose your membership. CSLC kindly asks you to leave these tips at home or in your vehicle. See images below for examples of prohibited and acceptable tips. Target and field points ONLY should be used.
- All typical range safety rules apply.
- All other CSLC range and target rules apply for proper care and respectful use of range, targets and property.
- Paper pin-up targets can be placed on target faces and must be removed when finished shooting. NO STAPLING, SCREWING or NAILING UP TARGETS PERMITTED.
- Annual CSLC membership required to use range. No guest or day pass shooters permitted.
- Range open dawn to dusk – Monday – Saturday
- Range closed Wednesday at 5PM.
- Range closed Sunday Noon until 5PM.
- CSLC reserves the right to close range for scheduled shoots & other shooting events
- CSLC reserves the right to revoke any violators membership for misuse or abuse of range/targets.
Tips Shown Below, any variation of them including practice broadhead tips are prohibited. If a member is caught using these types of tips on the range, your membership will be revoked.
Below are examples of acceptable Tips that should be used with properly sized shaft. Larger shafts cause damage upon entry into the targets reducing useful life. When proper equipment is used the targets CSLC purchased have an exceptionally long life for members to enjoy.
